Beth is a Jersey Girl currently residing in Maryland. She has always had a passion for movement and believes that movement is a form of medicine. She believes yoga is an amazing vessel to find harmony between mind and body and that it truly is for everyBODY. No matter what a person's physical ability is, everyone can reap the benefits of yoga.
Beth discovered yoga and began practicing yoga in 2001 but it wasn't until 2013 when she first certified in a yoga-pilates fusion class that she really discovered her passion for yoga. From there she became certified in yoga programs called Buti Yoga and Primal Flow, a barre program called Barre Unhitched and completed her 200HR Yoga Teacher Training. She is registered with the Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200 and is currently working towards her 300HR Yoga Certification. Also on the horizon are Thai Yoga Massage and Pilates certifications! She is always striving to learn more and expand her knowledge base in order to share & grow with the masses!
Outside of the yoga world, Beth fills her days spending time with her husband, 3 boys and sweet bulldog. She is a total foodie, loves discovering new cuisines, learning languages and all about the cultures of the world!
Beth's goal for every yoga class is to have everyone walk away feeling blissful!! She invites you to meet her on the mat to release stress, tension, inhibitions and all the other "stuff" that holds us back!
