Level I Yoga

This class is for beginners, chair yogis, those looking for a gentle stretch and experienced yogis just looking for a break from regular All Level classes.

This is an active yoga practice that allows use of a chair as a prop to move through the poses. Yoga allows you to work on a wide variety of poses, building strength, balance, and flexibility. Because this practice limits getting up and down from the floor, it is a great class for seniors, expectant mothers, people protecting an injury or recovering from surgery, and anyone looking for a lower impact workout.
