New 8 week Series with Anu-- Root to Rise!

Chakras are energy centers of the body typically referred to as the “wheels of life”.  We have seven main chakras which relate to everything from our feelings of safety and security to our creativity, inner drive, unconditional love, speaking our truth, following our intuition, and connecting with a force greater than ourselves. 

This workshop will give you a blueprint to bring these energy centers into balance allowing for peace and freedom. Areas of strength and weakness will be illuminated in the physical, mental and emotional bodies. We will practice yoga poses, explore meditation, pranayama, aromatherapy, color, energy medicine, sound healing, and tonal chanting beneficial for each chakra. Be ready to foster a deeper relationship with the self and see how bringing your chakras into balance can have a positive effect on the whole system!

$20 for each class or $150 if signed up for the entire 8 week series


Anu's passion is the vinyasa flow which connects the breath with movement.  Her artistry is putting together a dynamic sequence of poses with modifications for all levels of learning.  Flow yoga is a real workout as challenges of practice are in total service of transformation of mind, body and spirit. You build heat, sweat and you glow - both body and soul.

Anu also teaches our PreNatal Yoga on Tuesdays at 7pm. 

Exercising for two?

Whether you are pregnant or recently had a baby, you may have some questions about how to modify or begin your fitness routine. Yoga provides the gentle work out you’ve been looking for. In this class, you will learn how to modify poses to keep you and your baby safe while maximizing your spiritual and physical fitness.

Give yourself and your little one a little peace, learning how to adjust your practice for home or group classes. Daddies are welcome to attend too-- share your package and your peaceful bliss!
