Anu's passion is the vinyasa flow which connects the breath with movement.  Her artistry is putting together a dynamic sequence of poses with modifications for all levels of learning.  Flow yoga is a real workout as challenges of practice are in total service of transformation of mind, body and spirit. You build heat, sweat and you glow - both body and soul.

Tuesdays at 6pm

SLOW FLOW-- Slowing down the flow can help you maintain control of your breath and intensify your practice. A smooth linking of unhurried breath with movement while mindfully holding postures for several breaths will awaken your body and clear your mind. Gentle flow allows a person to become familiar with his/her body, create a reflective pause to explore the details of each pose and what it has to offer and create the time to go inward.  Tuesdays at 4:45pm


Level 2 yoga is a dynamic and demanding practice that synchronizes the breath and movement in order to produce an internal heat which is designed to purify the body. Level 2 yoga is great for building core strength and toning the body. In this class, prepare to sweat as you briskly move through a set sequence of poses. More advanced options will be offered in this class, we recommend a yoga practice for at least 6 months.

Wednesdays with Anu at 1030am or Fridays with Kimberly at 3pm
