Kim turned to yoga to find relief from chronic neck pain and to reduce stress. Little did she know, it would be the beginning of a life changing journey of self discovery and self acceptance. Through yoga, she has found peace in her own stillness and a calm that can only be found by being present in the moment. She believes that everyone can benefit from the gift that is yoga and has a deep calling to share her passion for yoga with others.
Kim recently completed her 200 hour training with YogaFit and is now a Yoga Alliance 200RYT. She also just completed a training module in Aerial Yoga and is delighted to help bring this amazing class to Imagine, stay tuned!!!
Kim teaches our Thursday All Level at 7pm, once a month special event "End Your Week with Restorative Yoga" on Friday at 6:30pm and will begin a regular Aerial Yoga class on Sundays at 4pm in October.
I lost my confidence, and found it on my yoga mat.
I lost my voice, and found it on my yoga mat.
I lost my courage, and found it on my yoga mat.
I lost my joy, and found it once again on my yoga mat.
And somewhere along the way I lost my authentic self,
and that too, I found on my yoga mat.
Now, whenever I lose something I look for it first on my yoga mat,
and if i can’t find it there I know that it’s not worth searching for.
