Kim turned to yoga to find relief from chronic neck pain and to reduce stress. Little did she know, it would be the beginning of a life changing journey of self discovery and self acceptance. Through yoga, she has found peace in her own stillness and a calm that can only be found by being present in the moment. She believes that everyone can benefit from the gift that is yoga and has a deep calling to share her passion for yoga with others.
Kim recently completed her 200 hour training with YogaFit and is now a Yoga Alliance 200RYT. She also just completed a training module in Aerial Yoga and is delighted to help bring this amazing class to Imagine, we are so grateful for her guidance and teaching us all this amazing practice!
Kim teaches our Aerial Yoga classes on Sundays at 3pm.
I lost my confidence, and found it on my yoga mat.
I lost my voice, and found it on my yoga mat.
I lost my courage, and found it on my yoga mat.
I lost my joy, and found it once again on my yoga mat.
And somewhere along the way I lost my authentic self,
and that too, I found on my yoga mat.
Now, whenever I lose something I look for it first on my yoga mat,
and if i can’t find it there I know that it’s not worth searching for.
