It is said that what you do on the first day of the New Year is what you will do most of the year – so why not start the year being kind to yourself, taking care of your body, and expanding your spirit?
No experience necessary. All levels will be demonstrated, including chair yoga. Dress comfortably, feel free to bring your mat, a blanket and/or pillow if you'd like.
We will be in the large building in front of our studio-- follow the signs!
