Pamela is the Founder and Director of Yoga2Sleep. A certified 500-hour yoga instructor and yoga therapist, Pamela has practiced several years and completed specialized training to include certifications in plant-based nutrition, stress management, prenatal yoga and certifications in yoga therapy and yoga for trauma to work with service members, veterans and their families.

She is on the board of the Yoga Service Council. An accomplished consultant, advisor, published author, national speaker and advocate, Pamela has worked for numerous agencies including the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, the VA, and the Department of Labor and as an advisor on Congress-supported publications centering on substance abuse, mental health, criminal justice and military and veteran family matters. She has an MS and MBA in management from the University of Maryland University College and served as President of the Alumni Association's Board of Directors.

As the founder of Yoga2Sleep, she collaborates with the Department of Veterans Affairs, The Give Back Yoga Foundation, Women Veterans Interactive, Dog Tag Bakery, Hope for the Warriors, recharj and others. Additionally, she is a sleep coach and a HeartMath coach, focusing on mental, spiritual and emotional stress from a heart-centered approach. She is a Contributing Editor of Best Practices for Yoga with Veterans (YSC/Omega Books, November 2016). A meditation teacher, Pamela’s meditations are spotlighted on the apps Insight Timer and Meditation Studio. She has been featured in Mantra Yoga and Health, Essence, the Huffington Post, and on Ellen and MSNBC.
