Cardio Yoga is a 60-minute high-intensity, fun, uplifting, fat burning yoga workout. It's a creative movement class combining Yoga, Dancing, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. This class will take you on a journey through the chakras actively aligning your body, mind and spirit. If you like Yoga and love to really move, come explore this unique and joyous yoga method!!
It's a combination of powerful asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breath-work), and movement. It's an amazing modality to shake away fears and insecurities, and cultivate more energy and vibrancy in your life! Clearing the Chakras, stimulating the nervous system, and balancing the brain hemispheres, creating endorphins, increasing serotonin, oxytocin, and dopamine, energizing and inspiring your entire being, are some of yoga's many benefits. By also incorporating some gentle, slow tempo sections the body is encouraged to truly receive, and come back into balance.

Each class finishes with a relaxing guided meditation and Savasana.  Wake up and balance each chakra with movement and song leaving you feeling renewed, refreshed, and re-energized. 
Della offers modifications for beginners and amps it up for yogis who want to take it up a notch.  Everybody gets to join in on the fun!  Who says meditation has to be quiet and serious? Immerse yourself in the moment and dance yourself into the weekend with CARDIO YOGA!
