KundaDance is a 60-minute high-intensity, fun, uplifting, cardio, dance workout. It's a creative movement class combining Kundalini Yoga, Tai Chi and Qi Gong. KundaDance takes you on a journey through the chakras actively aligning your body, mind and spirit. By also incorporating some gentle, slow tempo sections the body is encouraged to truly receive, and come back into balance.

 

It's a combination of powerful asanas (yoga poses), pranayama (breath-work), and movement. It's an amazing modality to shake away fears and insecurities, and cultivate more energy and vibrancy in your life!

 

Heather, Anu, Linda, Aimee, Della and Sheree were thrilled to meet Maya Fiennes and learn to teach KundaDance!

Linda was blessed to receive one on one training with Maya Fiennes after our recent workshop,  and is delighted to share this fun class with you!

Another amazing thing about KundaDance is the music! Maya Fiennes composed intentional music written in 528 and 432 frequencies. These healing frequencies have a powerful effect on the body mind and spirit.
