Imagine Harmony in Our Workshops

Renew Your Spirit in the New Year

Saturday, January 14,  1 – 4 pm
Cost: $50

Join us in a workshop at Imagine Center led by Cookie Spaeth using the Bonny Method of Guided Imagery and Music (GIM) in a group setting. Renew your Spirit through relaxation, music, imagery, and mandala. Using Western classical music to evoke the imagery, you will journey to new places or revisit familiar ones in your imagination to gain new insight. Developed in the early 1970’s by Dr. Helen L Bonny, Ph.D at the Maryland Psychiatric Research Center, GIM is expanding to a more international audience as it uses the rhythms, timbres, and harmonies of music to integrate the mind, body, and spirit.

Power, Presence & Authenticity: A Somatic Approach to Self Leadership

Saturday, February 25th, 1–4 pm
Cost: $25.00

How would your life be different if you could…

  • Stay centered in the face of uncertainty and stress?
  • More effectively manage your energy?
  • Remain committed to yourself and your vision for the future regardless of setbacks and changing circumstances?
  • Connect more deeply with others?

In this 3-hour learning workshop, Mira Panek will introduce you to fundamental techniques and practices which will enable you to generate a more authentic leadership presence and support you in generating trust and moving powerfully towards your future.  This workshop is based on the teachings of Scott Coady, a Newfield Network Certified Coach, Strozzi Institute Master Somatic Coach, and founder of the Institute for Embodied Wisdom.  In this session you will experience a new kind of learning, a pathway to wisdom that lives in your body and your entire being, not just between your ears.
